Why chair massage works on a trade show stand
It stops people
A massage chair in use is the most visible thing on a stand. Visitors slow down, ask what it is, and stay long enough for your team to start a conversation. A 15 minute session is a natural moment to talk about your business.
It keeps your team fresh
Standing for eight hours, leaning over a screen, smiling through the fortieth meeting: neck, shoulders and lower back take the strain. Twenty minutes in the chair mid-afternoon changes the end of the day for your stand staff.
Zero logistics for you
I arrive with the chair, disinfectant, face-cradle covers and everything else. I need 5 to 6 square metres, no power, no water, no towels. Set-up takes five minutes, pack-up takes five minutes. Nobody undresses and there is no oil, so it fits any stand and any dress code.

Quote and slot
You tell me the date, the hours and your stand number. I send a written quote within 24 hours and we agree on the time slot.

Set-up
I arrive 15 minutes before the agreed start, set the chair up in a quiet corner of your stand and I am ready before your first visitor.
15 to 20 minutes
Sessions
Each person gets a 15 to 20 minute session: back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands and head. First come, first served, or a list managed by your team. Sessions can be shortened if you want to serve more visitors.
After
Pack-up and invoice
Five minutes to pack up. You receive a compliant invoice in euros, payable within 30 days. On request, a short report with the number of sessions for your event recap.

All prices are in euros, excluding VAT (20 %). Travel, chair and equipment are included for Cannes, Nice, Monaco and the whole Var and Alpes-Maritimes area. No hidden extras.

Who is behind the chair
I am Dylan Galea, a certified chair massage practitioner (AMMA seated massage), sports massage therapist and strength and conditioning coach trained at the CREPS de Boulouris, the French national sports institute near Saint-Raphaël. Before Solto, I spent years around high-level sport and Brazilian jiu-jitsu, which is where I learnt what a tired body needs in a short time.
I work regularly for companies and hospitality venues on the Riviera, including a Casino Barrière casino, where the format was adopted by the staff from the very first session. Discretion, punctuality and adapting to unusual hours are part of the job.
Solto is a registered French business (VAT registered), so you get a proper invoice for your event budget.

Do you speak English?
Yes. I work in French and English, on the stand and in all written exchanges (quote, invoice, briefing).
Do people have to undress?
No. Chair massage is done fully clothed, without oil, through the clothes. Visitors sit forward on an ergonomic chair with their face in a padded cradle. It is suitable for a business setting and any dress code.
How much space do you need on the stand?
About 5 to 6 square metres, ideally in a corner slightly away from the main traffic. No power, no water and no furniture are needed. I bring the chair and all the equipment.
How far in advance should we book?
Two weeks is usually enough. For the busiest shows (MIPIM, Cannes Lions, MAPIC), book three to four weeks ahead to be sure of the date. Last-minute requests are welcome if the day is free.
How does invoicing work for a company based outside France?
You receive an invoice in euros from a VAT-registered French business, payable within 30 days by bank transfer. For companies based outside France, the VAT treatment depends on your country and VAT status: I confirm it on the quote.
Can you cover two or three days of a show?
Yes. Multi-day shows are quoted on request, based on the daily rate. Tell me the days and hours you have in mind and I will send a single quote for the whole event.
